**Job Purpose**

To provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the organization, including office management, documentation, coordination, and operational processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**:

- Prepare and maintain company documents, reports, and records.
- Manage filing systems (physical & digital) to ensure easy retrieval.
- **Operations Support**:

- Coordinate daily operational activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist in scheduling, planning, and monitoring operational tasks.
- Track and follow up on operational deadlines and deliverables.
- **Office & Resource Management**:

- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure office environment meets health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- **Data & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate databases and records for operations.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and administrative matters.
- Support finance team in basic documentation such as invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims.
- **Compliance & SOP**:

- Ensure company policies and standard operating procedures are followed.
- Support audit preparations by organizing required documents.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives.
- **Team & Event Support**:

- Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Take meeting minutes and circulate action items.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements if required.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years in administrative or operational roles.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication (verbal & written) in English and Malay.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality.

**Work Conditions**
- Office-based with occasional site visits (if required).
- Standard working hours, with flexibility for urgent operational needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
