_**What will you do ?**_
**1) Develop and Implement Growth Strategies**:

- Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
**2) Performance Analysis and Optimization**:

- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement across the marketing funnel.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
**3) Channel Management**:

- Develop and execute campaigns for both organic and paid channels.
**4) Content and Creative Strategy**:

- Work with the content team to develop engaging and high-converting content.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
**5) Customer Insights and Segmentation**:

- Utilize customer data to create detailed customer personas and segment audiences for targeted marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
**6) Collaboration and Leadership**:

- Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging innovation and experimentation to achieve growth targets.
**7) Reporting and Communication**:

- Develop and present regular reports on growth metrics, campaign performance, and strategic initiatives to stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams to align on growth objectives.
- **What you'll need to have**:_
- **Minimum 4 years** proven **working experience** as a **Marketing Executive/Growth Hacker** or similar role
- **Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, **or a related field
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive/Growth Hacker or similar role
- Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
