Membantu pelanggan untuk mendaftar perkhidmatan baru dari syarikat MYEG.
- Mengendalikan pertanyaan pelanggan dan menyelesaikan isu dengan segera.
- Kumpul maklum balas pelanggan dan laporan tentang perkhidmatan dari syarkat.
- Mengekalkan imej positif dan profesional syarikat.
- Menyediakan perkhidmatan dan sokongan pelanggan yang cemerlang.
- Memastikan pematuhan dengan polisi dan prosedur syarikat.
- Kekal kemas kini tentang pengetahuan perkhidmatan dan trend industri.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM
- Boleh mula bekerja secepat yang mungkin
- Lokasi bekerja di Bangi / Telok Panglima Garang / Putrajaya
- Boleh bekerja Rotation Shift, 5 hari bekerja seminggu
