**Work Details** Position : Telemarketing Executive location : Ara Damansara, PJ working Hours : 9.00 am - 6.00pm (5 days work in a week) Salary : Basic + H/P Allowance + Travelling Allowance - This job description is used as a basis for determining the position classification and is maintained as an official record of the duties assigned to this position. This description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the assigned work; however, it is understood that duties may be removed, modified, or assigned, and may not be included on this description. You may be required to carry out other duties in order to commensurate with the post. This will not change the character or purpose of the post but will be necessary to maintain high standards of business practice_ **ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY**: a) Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. b) Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. c) Set up sales meetings with potential clients. d) Direct prospects to the field sales when needed. e) To ensure high service standards by making sure all presentation to customers in accordance to given product guide and sales script f) Work closely with Manager to develop and implement sales and services strategies to achieve committed targets in the relevant product through telesales calls. g) Enter and update customer information in CRM. h) Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation. i) Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quote and facilitate future sales. j) Keep records of calls and note oof useful information. **QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**: a) At least a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent. b) At least 3-4 year of related working experience in a Telesales. c) Basic knowledge of logistics services will be advantage. d) Demonstrated sales skills. e) Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills. f) Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills. **Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time **Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Parental leave - Professional development Schedule: - Fixed shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Application Question(s): - Do you have basic knowledge of logistics services **Education**: - Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred) **Experience**: - TeleMarketing: 1 year (preferred) - Telesales: 2 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) - Bahasa (preferred)
