- Review sales order assigned and generate the work orders into the operation system.
- Responsible for material planning in order to meet the sales order required date.
- Responsible for overall loading vs. capacity, cycle time and the output performance of assigned product.
- To ensure high production yield in good quality with minimum wastage.
- To ensure machines are regularly maintained and able to be operated efficiently with minimum breakdown.
- To liasise with Quality Control Department on quality related matters.
- To ensure that workers understand their job well & able to carry out their task per instructions.
- Manpower utilization planning and coordination.
- Conduct trainings for subordinates.

**Requirements**:

- Must be knowledgeable in Manufacturing and Production Operation.
- Prefered 2 - 3 yeras working experience in the Food Manufacturing Industries (especially in savoury nut products or snack food)
- Computer literate in MS Excel and MS. Word.
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge in process control, product quality, maintenance skills and adequate supervisory skills will be an added avantage.
