- Respond effectively to emergency situations such as power/electrical failure, fire and robbery as and when required.
- Be always ready to provide assistant to customers.
- Perform any other duties in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments
- Act in accordance to company’s procedure and steps when preparing drinks.
- Deliver high-quality and excellent customer service
- To assist in keeping minimum operating cost by efficient and responsible
- Maintains a clean & organize environment
- Connecting & engaging with customers
- Abide by the operational rules and regulations of the company.
- Must be available to partake in company’s training when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the shop on a regular basis.
- Equip oneself with all the beverage knowledge and able to describe to customer with the relevant information.
- To be fully conversant with monthly/daily sales performance and assist the executive to ensure maximum results for the business is achieved.
- To assist the Executive in ensuring that standards of customer service and gift items productions are consistently high and that the agreed standards are maintained, regularly checked and monitored.
- To ensure all stock & cash/credit card handling procedures are adhered to at all times and any discrepancies identified are fully investigated with appropriate action taken.
- Ensure team members follow company’s SOPs & compliance.
- Assist in marketing & promotion activities.
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when required by Superiors.

**Job Requirement**
- 3 years prior working experience responsible on F&B outlet management is required.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin
- Able to work as a team to achieve outlet target and ensure smooth outlet process.
- Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfil task on outlet operations.
- Basic computer skillset and able to use software such as, Excel, Power Point and etc.
