Responsible for coordinating purchase requests on a daily basis
Coordinates purchasing activities with related departments or teams
Manages day-to-day placement of purchase orders and communication with suppliers
Assist in sourcing and in the execution of materials & cost reduction negotiation with suppliers, vendor registrations, and cross-checking purchases information
Monitor and tracking on purchases and expanse reports on a weekly basis, but not limited to cost analyses and suppliers' performance
Work closely with the Finance team to ensure a smooth payment process to the suppliers
Assist and support in all areas for procurement team whenever needed..

**Requirements**:
Prior experience of 1-2 years as a Procurement in procurement processes.
Required computer skill(s): Intermediate in Microsoft Excel
Required good negotiation and analytic skills, proactive and willing to learn
Basic understanding of P2P (purchasing to payment)

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 per month

- Setia Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
