The Management Trainee will undergo a structured training program to gain hands-on experience in various departments within the furniture manufacturing industry. This role requires proficiency in Mandarin to facilitate communication with suppliers, clients, and production teams. The trainee will develop leadership skills, operational knowledge, and industry expertise to prepare for future managerial responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Department Rotation**: Gain exposure to different functions, including production, quality control, supply chain, and sales.
- **Production Oversight**: Assist in monitoring manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- **Supplier & Client Communication**: Liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and customers to ensure smooth business operations.
- **Inventory & Supply Chain Management**: Support procurement activities, stock monitoring, and logistics coordination.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for operational enhancement and propose solutions to optimize workflow.
- **Sales & Customer Relations**: Assist in sales strategies, customer engagement, and market analysis.
- **Report & Documentation**: Prepare reports on production performance, sales trends, and operational challenges.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, workplace safety, and environmental standards.
- **Leadership Development**: Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and team-building activities.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on leadership responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
