Conduct site assessments to determine suitability for development.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop site plans.
- Prepare and present detailed site plans for approval by regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to mitigate potential project challenges.
- Monitor and report on the progress of development projects.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software for site planning and modeling.
- Develop sustainable design strategies that minimize environmental impact.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Min 3 Years experience
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.

**Skills Requirement**
- Experience in project planning/scheduling for construction projects.
- Familiar with planning software (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
