To lead and manage a team of quality checkers to perform quality inspection and assurance.
- Plan & manage QC / QA Production / ISO activities including audits.
- To manage, including coordinating review and documentations of Customer specifications and requirements to ensure understanding and fulfillment for customer requirements.
- Liaise with Production and customer for any quality issue.
- Make Quality plans and other required control procedures of the process to insure processes, make sure that work in progress and finish good complied with certain standards and specification.
- To manage and liaise with certification body on license and certification matter.
- Responsible for problem solving of internal / external quality issues and verified the effectiveness of PCAR.
- To ensure that process control documentation is compliant with customer's requirement and company quality policy.
- Assist superior in managing non-conforming products.
- Handle the customer complaints.
- To perform any others duties assigned by superior.
