Responsible in servicing / maintaining existing vendor accounts and establishing new vendor accounts for project execution.
- Constantly propose new ideas / solutions to improve the online or on ground marketing event or activation planning and implementation process.
- Conduct research, make site visits, and find new vendors / resources related to the online & on ground event.
- Responsible in all aspect of an event execution from Food & Beverages, Rental Equipment, Sound & Light, Manpower & Talents, Engagement Activities & Workshop, Performance & Show, Transportation & Venue set up by managing different vendors & stakeholder. _**(On Ground)**_
- Responsible in all aspect of live show execution from Studio Booking, Talent Liaison, Facebook view boost purchase by managing different vendors & stakeholder. _**(Live)**_
- Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related stakeholders & matters.
- Able to contribute in planning, practice effectiveness in communication both internally within the company and externally with all other parties.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Six Sigma (preferred)
