Job Description:
We are currently seeking an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Maxis Consumer Outbound Customer Service (Mandarin Speaker). In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to our Mandarin-speaking customers, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to customers who have shown interest in or have recently purchased our products or services.

2. Build rapport with customers and actively listen to their needs and concerns.

3. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately, providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolving any complaints or issues.

4. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams for further investigation.

5. Utilize the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system to document interactions, update customer profiles, and track call outcomes.

6. Achieve and maintain set performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.

7. Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about new promotions or offerings to effectively assist customers.

8. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including data protection and privacy regulations.

**Requirements**:
1. Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.

2. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or telesales environment.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.

4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks.

6. Proficient with computer systems and skilled in using CRM tools.

7. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

8. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
