As a member of the Application Support Systems Team, you will support users within head office and remote sites. Industry knowledge, testing, training and previous ERP experience is essential. You will be required to analyse business and IT opportunities and document business requirements. This role will facilitate the interface between end-users and IT development teams and evaluate solutions to meet business requirements. You will be required to represent the business during requirements gathering through to the development, testing and implementation of business solutions. Additionally may be called upon to manage small to medium scale projects from inception through completion. Project Management experience would be advantageous.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- Facilitate the development, capture of business requirements and business process flows in both, as is and to be scenarios
- Providing Support for Bersatu systems, both operational & financials
- Investigating and correcting data integrity issues
- Managing and prioritizing support requests with key users and external vendors
- Troubleshoot and analyze all issues related to systems when they arise.
- Comprehensive understanding of the System Development Life Cycle
- Documentation of processes and information gathering requirements are essential
- Facilitation of Workshops and Presentations
- Solid process design and documentation skills.
- Other tasks/projects, as directed.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Tertiary/Industry qualifications
- 3-5 (or more) years as a business analyst and/or systems analyst with a solid foundation built on the core principals of business analysis
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Requirements analysis, modeling and solution design
- System testing and support
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and internal team
- Sound operating knowledge of any ERP environment with the ability to analyse business opportunities and document business processes

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- User training in any ERP systems
- SQL, backup, maintenance, reporting
- System support experience
- 2-3 (or more) years in Project Management and delivery experience
- Strong track record of small to medium scale IT Project Management and delivery is critical

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
