**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including service quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to deliver excellent hospitality standards.
- Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and ensure sufficient manpower coverage.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house.
- Assist in planning and executing promotions, events, and sales initiatives.
