Anodising machine operators set up and tend anodising machines designed to provide otherwise finished metal workpieces, usually aluminum-based, with a durable, anodic oxide, corrosion-resistant finishing coat, by a electrolyctic passiviation process that increases the thickness of the natural oxide layer of the metal workpieces' surface. Specialist will also execute the various tasks such as demonstrating the functioning of the machine to employees, conducting a field failure analysis of defective or broken components and preparing a detailed report on various issues that occurred and were solved. Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and servicing production machineries, equipment, systems and infrastructures mechanically.
