Position Overview

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Accounts Director and ensuring smooth daily financial operations. This role involves handling accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and other accounting functions, as well as assisting in audits and statutory reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Accounts Director in all day-to-day financial and accounting activities.
- Manage and process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform data entry, reconciliation, and ensure proper filing of accounting documents.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, statements, and schedules.
- Liaise with external auditors during reporting and audit periods, ensuring documents and information are provided accurately and promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of tax submissions, statutory filings, and other regulatory requirements.
- Utilize AutoCount accounting software for daily operations, postings, and reconciliations.
- Support general office administrative tasks related to the finance department.
- Perform any other accounting or finance-related tasks as assigned by the Accounts Director.

Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with AutoCount accounting software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
