**Position: Marketing Executive (KL)**

**Salary: RM3,000 - RM3,500**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners discovering and exploring opportunities
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations examining risks and potentially estimating partner's needs and goals
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements developing and negotiating integrating contract requirements with business operation
- Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors, and other personal
- Manage and train the business development team
- Overseeing the development of marketing literature
- Providing management with feedback
- Preparing RFQ/RFT for all tender by the government and private sector within the selected region
- Preparing and managing the entire related corporate document
- To identify and register all relevant vendors for the company
- Preparing and managing all the necessary filing for the department within the selected region
- Writing reports for daily log report and monthly marketing report to be submitted to HQ
- Preparing quotations and other related documents for potential clientele
- Responsible for other duties and functions as stipulated in Tender & Contract Review, Operations Planning and Control, Human Resource, Purchasing Control, and Management Procedures of the firm’s Quality Management System and shall:

- a) Ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001;
- b) Ensure the processes are delivering their intended outputs;
- c) Report on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management;
- d)Ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization; and
- e) Ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.

**Job Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a marketing executive.
- A thorough understanding of contemporary trends in consumerism.
- Strong leadership, delegation, and capacity development skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Respect for people and ideas.
- Confident, approachable, and professional manner.
- Ability to manage their own workload, prioritise and work well under pressure.
- Ability to work independently but preference for working in a team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
