**Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Support**:

- Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
- Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters).
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Assist in managing attendance, leave records, and staff movement tracking.
- Support in the coordination of employee engagement activities and events.
- Ensure HR documents and practices comply with labor laws and company policy.
- Respond to employee queries on HR-related issues.

**Finance Support**:

- Assist in preparing monthly payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursement.
- Help maintain accurate financial records and data entry into accounting systems.
- Assist in processing invoices, claims, reimbursements, and petty cash.
- Support in monthly bank reconciliation and preparation of basic financial reports.
- Assist with audit preparations and documentation.
- Maintain proper filing of finance-related documents.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
