**Role Expectation**

We are looking for a talent who posses great knowledge in Google Sheet / Excel formula and have keen eyes on numbers. Besides, we are expecting an individual who is perceptive, analytical and detail-oriented. You will be handling data auditing, extraction, analysis and etc.

**So what will you be doing?**
- Audit data on a regular basis to ensure data integrity and quality, also responsible to identify data anomalies
- Data extraction and ensure data accuracy
- Data recording based on requirements
- Data storage and backup
- Assist with ongoing data architecture processes and governance
- Implementation, create and troubleshooting new formulation system
**Besides, it will be a plus point if you're capable to**
- Perform extracting, importing, and exporting of data in various database
- Prepare data reports, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of data
**We do have a few job requirements that we will love to be upfront with you,**
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin.
- Clear understanding of data and charts.
- Expertise in Google Sheet and Microsoft Excel, especially in formula usage.
- Knowledge in data visualization such as Tableau, Power BI and Google Apps script will be a plus point.
- Able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
- Critical thinking and excellent in problem-solving.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
