**You responsibilities will include**:

- Build and maintain an in-depth relationships within local community.
- Undertake coordinate land acquisition negotiations, including the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders such as landowners, developers, and government entities.
- Conduct thorough reviews of all relevant contracts, such as land purchase agreements and employment contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational policies.
- Participate in project planning, oversee administrative affairs.
- Support the development and enforcement of corporate culture and compliance regulations.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian political and regulatory environment, including familiarity with government policies and procedures.
- Native proficiency in English and Malay, and fluent in Mandarin.
- A GREAT ATTITUDE

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM30,000.00 per month
