**Global Tour Coordinator - Hotel Reservations Executive**

Miki Travel is seeking a **proactive and detail-oriented Global Tour Coordinator (Hotel Reservations Executive)** to join our international travel operations team. **Key Responsibilities**
- Manage hotel booking changes based on requests from the Sales team and update hotel partners promptly.
- Input and maintain hotel confirmation details accurately in the internal system.
- Monitor live booking dashboards to ensure timely confirmations.
- Respond to hotel-related inquiries and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
- Communicate effectively with hotel partners and MIKI offices to ensure smooth operations.
- Share client arrival details and special requests with hotel partners.
- Investigate, follow up, and resolve hotel-related client issues, preparing reports for internal use.
- Maintain updated records and track ongoing cases in shared databases.
- Ensure proper task handovers and follow up until completion.
- Share hotel updates with internal teams for timely follow-up action.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a travel agency, hotel reservations, or customer service role.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience using reservations or data-processing systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge of European destinations is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
