Draughtperson

Performs a variety of CAD design/drafting activities including preparing and updating drawings for projects, preparing assembly/manufacturing drawings, establish guidelines and procedures for CAD data management.
- Revise and update existing drawings reflecting design changes to ensure consistent documentation of the project.
- Prepare final drawings by studying engineering sketches, specification, and supporting documents etc.
- Establish filing guidelines / document control for drawings to maintain up-to-date drawings.
- CAD database management and maintenance.
- Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information; conferring with engineers.
- Collect information and other data regarding the design.
- Coordination actual layout plan
- Handle complex designing and draughting assignments under mínimal supervision
- Work together with engineers regarding model/drawing accuracy, design, drafting standards and design documentation
- Work closely with designers, engineers, drafters to ensure coordination design effort is maintained
- Review drawings for completeness and accuracy
- Update and maintain drafting log
- Develop 3D models and 2D drawings
- Provide timely technical assistance and solutions to the team
- Manage CAD checklist to minimise error in drawing as standard practise in view of draughter perspective.
- Assist and support design team to meet deadline of submission (teamwork)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
