**Position**: Quotation Coordinator (Japanese Speaking)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough research and compile travel components such as hotel accommodations, meals, transportation, guides, etc., based on requests from the sales team
- Prepare competitive quotations tailored to clients in the Japan and Southeast Asia markets
- Work closely with the Japan and Southeast Asia sales teams to understand client requirements and craft suitable travel solutions
- Respond professionally and efficiently to inquiries related to travel arrangements and tour services
- Act as the key point of contact for tour-related sales inquiries, ensuring timely and courteous communication
- Support any additional tasks or special projects assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector is preferred
- Proficient in both spoken and written **English**:

- **Japanese language proficiency** (minimum **JLPT N3 or N4** level) is required, particularly in reading and writing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Immediate availability or short notice period is an added advantage

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
