Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource function including payroll, recruitment, compensation, training, and other HR matters.
- Maintain familiarity with and compliance with the Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
- Ensure statutory contributions are completed and paid timely & accurately.
- Maintain employee personnel file and ensure all information is updated.
- Manage employee leave and claims.
- Prepare letters, contracts, memos, meeting minutes, etc.
- Update and maintain the company's employee handbook and policies.
- Responsible for job analysis, job description & preparation of fixed positions.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, interview arrangements, reporting, employee onboarding, and talent performance.
- Responsible for the disciplinary and labor relations to maintain industrial harmony within the organization.
- Regularly organize and collect employee ideas and suggestions.
- Represent the company to communicate and coordinate with the government and other units.
- Organizes company events such as annual dinner, teambuilding, etc.
- Other duties assigned from superior from time to time.

Job Requirements**:

- **At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field. - Result oriented, strong self -motivation and work discipline. - Strong interpersonal skills and team player. - Posses own transport.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Human Resources Management: 2 years (preferred)

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
