1. Retrieve lending files in preparation for client appointments.

3. Input client details into the Lawyer Register.

4. Record and update office expenses in the monthly Expense Register.

6. Manage the company’s social media page, including designing flyers via Canva.

7. Serve beverages to visiting customers.

8. Present gifts to new customers only.

9. Perform client background checks via the CTOS platform.

10. Contact customers’ HR departments to verify employment.

11. Prepare credit slips for loan disbursements.

12. Print staff attendance reports every Friday for management review.

13. Conduct weekly audits by matching X-forms with corresponding bank statements.

14. Update customer bank account details in the Account Number Register.

15. File returned lending files and payment receipts appropriately.

16. Maintain the Stationery, Pantry and Toiletries Register.

17. Stamp client agreements via the LHDN (Inland Revenue Board) website.

18. Manage the boss's personal bill payments as needed.

19. Assist the boss in handling lending matters.

20. Operate and manage internal software systems (Software 2.0).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
