**Location: PRISM+ Sunway Velocity Mall**
- Understand each customer’s needs and recommend the most suitable products.
- Continuously expand product knowledge and present information in an engaging, customer-friendly way.
- Follow up with customers to provide guidance and support in their purchase decisions.
- Design attractive product displays and set up promotional showcases.
- Conduct live product demonstrations and presentations for both customers and stakeholders.
- Build strong, positive relationships through meaningful customer interactions.
- Share constructive feedback with retail and management teams to improve operations.
- Meet daily sales targets and ensure accurate submission of sales and end-of-day reports.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Hospitality, Retail, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a retail environment.
- Able to work 6 days per week.
- Passionate about engaging with customers and providing exceptional service.
- Willingness to learn and understand technical details of consumer electronics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM2,400.00 per month
