**Position Summary** : The Sales Professional (SP) is responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone by contacting potential customers, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, inquiries and purchases. A successful SP has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. SP should be meticulous, persuasive, and able to handle all aspects of constructing a successful sale closure.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone by developing relationships with new and existing customers, and recommending solutions for service improvements.
- Asking the right questions to engage with customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers’ needs to generate sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Answering customers’ questions on the products.

**Working Days**:

- Monday - Friday (9am to 7PM)

**Requirement**
- Must have 1 years experience in sales

**Salary Package**:

- Basic RM2000-RM26000
- Attendace allow
- 200
- Commission up to RM2000

**Location**: Plaza sentral near by kl sentral

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM2,600.00 per month
