Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome walk-in customers, guests, and suppliers.
- Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department, and take messages when necessary.
- Provide basic product or service information and guide visitors to the correct personnel or department.
- Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the reception area and customer lounge area.
- Ensure refreshments, air-conditioning, and background music in the showroom are well maintained and functioning.
- Record and monitor visitor logs.
Administrative Support:
- Prepare documents, perform data entry, and maintain organized administrative records and filing systems.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, documents, and deliveries efficiently.
- Manage inventory and place orders for stationery, staff uniforms, name card and office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Verify that supplier documents, including quotations and invoices, are complete and accurate before processing or submitting for approval.
- Coordinate with relevant vendors to resolve basic facility issues such as power outages, air conditioning, or plumbing problems.
Job Qualification
- Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or equivalent.
- **2-3 years** Working experience
- Proficient in **Bahasa Malaysia and English** (Mandarin is an advantages)
- Computer literate - good in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**.
**Skills**:
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal** skills.
- Good **telephone etiquette** and professional appearance.
- Strong **organizational and multitasking** abilities.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Time management and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of **admin/clerical work** (e.g., filing, data entry, arranging courier, ordering office supplies).

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
