Wax Consultant

**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Manage and scheduling customer appointment to ensure maximum capacity at all times.
- 2. Customer registration, declaration and verification for customer on each visit.
- 3. Welcome customers by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately and notifies therapist customer arrival.
- 4. Provides consultancy and promote on products information, solutions, and relevant details to customers with the end result to close sales.
- 5. Manage enquiries either via walk in customers or phone, provide troubleshooting information, report and analyze customers' information and needs.
- 6. Possessive of good product and service knowledge.
- 7. Properly maintain and update customer’s details in account.- 9. Perform closing daily sales and reconciliation and update into system.
- 10. Provide high standards of customer service.
- 11. Responsible maintenance of outlet and cleanliness and tidiness for all treatment rooms, toiletries and entire outlet.
- 12. Ensure daily dash sales is being deposit into Company’s bank account.
- 13. Monitor and maintain inventory level and generate accurate inventory reports.
- 14. Compilation and submit monthly attendance report to Head of Department.
- 15. Managing petty cash claims in outlet.
- 16. Compilation of staff claims and medical certification and submit to HQ monthly before cut-off date.
- 17. Obtain approval from Head of Department for special case related to products and treatment.
- 18. To perform any other tasks assigned by the management as and when required.**Benefits**:
