- Creating and implementing pay-per-click strategies for Google Ads and other platforms
- Researching keywords and writing relevant ad copy
- Optimizing Ads campaigns by targeting ads to specific demographics
- Assessing analytics from advertising campaigns, such as impressions, conversion rates and click-through rates
- Conducting testing to identify high-performing ads and optimize campaigns
- Leveraging audience segmentation and targeting techniques to reach specific consumers
- Generating performance reports for clients and executive team members
- Providing suggestions to optimize future campaigns and improve performance
- Allocating advertising budgets for each client based on their goals
- Coordinating with team of marketers to ensure consistent messaging

**Job Requirements**:

- Able to speak in English and **Mandarin**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Paid Ads tools
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and various social media platforms
- An understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize ads performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate Ads recommendations and insights to cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple Ads projects and priorities.
- Understanding of content marketing principles and how they relate to the Ads campaign.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on staying up-to-date with the latest Ads trends and industry developments

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
