We have opened a café name as Flame Café which is designed a combination of open kitchen, flame grill and botanical style café.We are looking for a motivated and experienced Café Supervisor to join our team. The Café Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading the café staff.

**Job description**:

- Oversee daily café operations and ensure a high standard of service.
- Train, supervise, and motivate café staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Assist with scheduling staff shifts and managing employee performance.
- Handle customers orders by using ordering system, inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Taking care on cashier cash flows
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management on menu updates and promotional activities.
- Have a knowledge/experienced for the position of bartender and barista.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of financial management and inventory control.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
