**Job Dscriptions**:
**1. Outlet Operations**
- Supervise and support daily operations at outlets or central kitchen.
- Ensure food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and preparation according to SOPs.
- Coordinate with purchasing and kitchen teams to maintain sufficient stock and supplies.
- Assist outlets in handling equipment issues, including reporting, coordination with suppliers/technicians, and following up on repairs or replacements.

**2. Staff Management**
- Supervise, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Prepare and manage duty rosters, attendance, and manpower allocation.
- Support in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of staff.

**3. Administration & Reporting**
- Record daily operational data such as sales, wastage, and manpower updates.
- Monitor outlet expenses and assist in cost control efforts.
- Compile simple reports and operational updates for management review.

**4. Compliance & Safety**
- Ensure compliance with food safety, Halal, and health regulations.
- Conduct regular hygiene and safety checks at outlets.
- Assist in implementing company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

**5. Process Improvement**
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Support new outlet openings, promotional activities, and menu rollouts.
- Assist in implementing company policies and new operational systems.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum qualification: SPM.**:

- Minimum **1-2 years of working experience** in F&B operations or related field.
- Good leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
- **Must have own transport and valid driving license.**:

- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel / Word / Google Sheets).
- Knowledge of kitchen or outlet equipment maintenance is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
