**Job Summary**

To create engaging art work & digital assets for the company that can be used in campaigns, website and printing materials.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Plan, conceptualize and produce great ideas and artwork for social media, website, marketing campaigns and printed materials.
- Coordinate printing of artwork such as brochures, booklets and other collateral if required.
- Insure brand consistency across all visual assets.
- High standard of quality control and guidelines compliance.
- Proactively identify and resolve design challenges with team members.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and project managing the concept to execution within agreed timeline.
- Work hand in hand with various teams (Digital Marketing, Content Creator, Product Designer, and Student Engagement etc) to produce original and impactful creatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and constantly propose new ideas.
- Be able to travel for events when required (Company event, University/School event)

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Have at least 1-2 years experience.
- Have good command of graphic design tools; Adobe AI, Illustrator, etc.
- Familiar with animation, video editing, and printing will be an added advantage.
- Excellent command in English. Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu proficiency is a bonus.
- Have been creating graphics for digital marketing purposes on Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and so forth. Understand technical requirements when creating graphics for different platforms.
- Highly results oriented and constantly be aware of improving graphics to improve conversion objectives.
- Ability to learn fast and self-learn when needed but importantly as well to help your teammates.
- Creative, self-initiated, and constantly championing solutions to solve issues.
- Hungry to achieve results, excellent work ethics and able to take on a steep learning curve.
- Disciplined and able to manage projects systematically.

**Remuneration**

**Salary**: RM3,500 - RM4,500 per month

Traveling allowance: RM120 (claimable)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
