Hostel Management, IR & Security Management
- Ensure the latest information is informed to all Security personnel (Guards, Senior Guards & Supervisor).
- Ensure the discipline of the Security personnel and report to HR if any of the Security personnel disobey any instructions.
- To resolve all issues within the Security which is work related.
- Provide the fullest cooperation to the local authorities (PDRM, JBPM, JPA3, HOSPITAL-Ambulance and PBSM during Emergency).
- Responsible to investigate and manage the cases on the Company premises/surrounding on any vandalism, misuse or abuse of the facilities provided to the Employees.
- To consistently update and highlight to the HR Manager of any abnormal activities, wrongdoings, negative happening/events, etc. by Employees within the premises of the -Company, including the hostel.
- Responsible for hostel management - arrangement of hostel rooms, cleanliness, upkeep of the foreign workers’ common room/dining hall and any other facilities given by the Company to the foreign workers.
- To monitor the safety and security of all foreign workers at the hostel (internal & external).
- Responsible for office cleanliness.
- Monitor the Employees’ discipline and ensure the security and safety practices are applied by Employees within the premises of the Company.
- To lead / drive the Employee Engagement initiatives such as communication (Tea Talk, Town Hall meeting, HR briefing, memo etc.), Employee events (sports, annual dinner, etc.) and execute any other Employee engagement projects.

Recruitment & Training Development
- To plan and schedule the timely completion of HR staff’s tasks and projects in some key HR sections:
- a) Recruitment - direct and indirect, local and foreign, incl. collection of data base, interviewing, selecting to hiring
b)Training & Development - all training and development programs, including EAP, internal and external, and arrange relevant training programs to meet the training needs of the Company and preparing the yearly company training plan
- To analyze, interpret information, evaluate and develop solutions to a wide range of problems at HR Department especially Training and Recruitment.
- To plan, prioritize and direct work of subordinates based on organizational goals.
- To ensure the timely completion of several independent tasks and projects, which involve forecasting staff and resource requirements, etc.
- To manage the key industrial HR KPIs on the areas, e.g. manpower/headcount, turnover, and training.
- To drive Employee Engagement initiatives such as communication (HR briefings, etc.), employee events (sports, outings, activities, annual dinner, etc.) and development of any other Engagement Projects.
- To manage and develop the Training and Recruitment as well as supervise their duties
- Any other relevant duties which may be assigned by your Superior from time to time.
Job Requirement:
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Supervisory skills and others related training - Bomba, Safety & Health and OSHA would be an added advantage for the HR Officer and the Company as a whole.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
