**Job Scope**:
- Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of program activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate and communicate class schedules, updates, and important information to students effectively.
- Organize, track, and analyze student data to improve processes and support decision-making.
- Act as the primary point of contact for students, addressing inquiries and fostering a positive relationship.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively.
- Fast learner who adapts easily to new environments.
- Possesses a valid driver’s license and is comfortable with traveling when required.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and an interest in digital trends.
- Proficient in using productivity tools like Excel or Microsoft Office.
