Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible of ensuring invoices processes around the world are on time while ensuring quality of the services rendered to our stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in managing vendor invoices, resolving discrepancies, and implementing best practices to optimise the account payable processes.

You’ll be part of Financial Services Kuala Lumpur where you, together with your colleagues, support the account payable for US, Europe, UK and Asia Pacific region. Our team consists of 43 people including you. As a team, we strive to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

**You’ll play an important role in**:

- ensuring the invoice flow is aligned with organizations policies, timeliness and quality of invoice process deliverables
- maintaining the accuracy of the organization’s financial documents by ensuring compliance with company policies
- communicating effectively with requestors, vendors and business units to resolve any discrepancies issues
- timely attending and solving issues raised in ServiceNow
- identifying and communicating process inefficiencies, driving continuous improvements within the process area, i.e., providing the Service Delivery Owner with suggestions
- supporting your team members in their daily execution and monitoring service delivery within service level agreements.

**To succeed in the role, you**:

- have a degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- have a good understanding of the P2P process, especially within APAC, US, and EU
- have experience working in a global shared services center, specifically within P2P operations
- are experienced in SAP systems, with KOFAX as an added advantage
- are detail oriented and have a good analytical and logical approach to issues and problem-solving.
