Receptionist Front Desk

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Answer calls & providing administrative support
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
- Notifies Branch Manager / Consultant of visitor arrival
- Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness of the reception and other facilities
- Assist in the efficiency of support services such as Housekeeping, Maintenance & etc
- Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail, deliveries or courier items
- Assist in any other duties as required by Branch Manager from time to time
**Job Requirement**
- At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required
- Positive working attitudes and highly responsible
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good time management skills
- Polite and good phone etiquette
- Proficiency in major languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Computer literate in Microsoft Excel and Words
- Ability to professionally evaluate and escalate problems / issues promptly when necessary
- Strong in planning, organizing skills, innovative and creative
