**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
- Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Responsible for overall project and site management of assigned projects.
- Able to handle project cost estimating, planning/ scheduling, effective cost control / forecasting, cash flow management and financial status of the projects.
- Coordinating with authorities, clients, consultants, and contractors on all project aspects.
- Conducts regular site visits and inspections.
- Registering all in-coming and out-going project documents.
- Leading team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Reviews appointment of subcontractors, suppliers and vendors;
- Reviews and endorses subcontract documents, progress & variation works claims to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent;
- Possesses excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, team player and good personality;
- Experience in cleanroom construction will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent;
- At least 9-10 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Must be willing to travel interstate and relocate to accommodate project needs.
- Must be willing to work Monday - Saturday due to nature of construction works.
- Must be well experienced with the nature of the construction industry.
- Background in consultancy is not preferred.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
