**About the role**

As a Service Technician at GREE AIR CONDITIONER (M) SDN. BHD.', you will play a crucial role in providing expert technical support and maintenance services for our range of air conditioning products. Based in KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur, this full-time position will see you responsible for ensuring our customers receive efficient and reliable after-sales service.

**What you'll be doing**
- Perform onsite inspection and troubleshooting for customer
- Involved with installation, repair, testing & commissioning and service maintenance routine for residential and commercial products including chiller (air cooled, water cooled, etc)
- Provide explanation and service report to customer regarding the complaints
- To install demo units for training activities, exhibition or display purposes
- Demonstrate repair method (hands-on practice) during training activities
- To keep and maintain all repair tools and equipment in safe and well condition
- Involved in inventory stock count

**What we're looking for**
- Willing to learn and able to deliver assigned duties in timely manner
- Able to attend emergency complaint for critical site (Hospital, Data Center, etc)
- Capable to conduct minor and major repair such compressor replacement for all air conditioner product range
- Having experience in VRF and Chiller products are advantages
- Valid driving license (B2, GDL)

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
