**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage company calendar, appointments, meetings, and reminders
- Collect fee for company events and manage petty cash.
- Manage paperwork which includes photocopying/printing
- Prepare invoices/receipts/letters and correspondences
- Assist in organizing and managing company events

**Job Requirements**
- Education: SPM
- Highly responsible, organized and able to work independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to anticipate and respond efficiently
- Experience: 1-2 years of related experience
- Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply

**Technology Skills**
- Microsoft Word (MS Word) and Excel
- Ability to use simple office equipment like telephone, printers, photocopy & fax machines, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- On call

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Secretary: 1 year (preferred)
