**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. HR Operations & Compliance**:

- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resource functions, including **recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, compensation & benefits, and compliance**.
- Develop, implement, and update **HR policies and procedures** in line with Malaysian labour laws and company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with **Employment Act 1955**, Industrial Relations Act, SOCSO, EPF, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage **HR administration**, including record-keeping, contract renewals, and reporting.

**2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
- Ensure an efficient and effective **onboarding process** to integrate new employees smoothly into the organisation.

**3. Employee Relations & Workplace Culture**:

- Act as the primary **HR advisor** to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Handle **employee grievances, disputes, and workplace conflicts** professionally and in line with employment law.
- Develop and implement initiatives to foster a **positive, respectful, and inclusive work culture**.
- **Identify, address, and work towards eliminating workplace bullying and toxic behaviours**, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment.

**4. Disciplinary Actions & Performance Management**:

- **Enforce disciplinary procedures**, ensuring due process and adherence to labour laws.
- Lead investigations and provide recommendations for disciplinary actions, including warnings, terminations, and performance improvement plans.
- Support **performance management processes**, including performance appraisals, KPI reviews, and career development planning.

**5. Training & Development**:

- Identify **training needs** and implement learning and development programmes to enhance employees’ skills and career growth.
- Work with department heads to develop l**eadership and professional development** initiatives.
- Foster a culture of **continuous learning and upskilling**.

**6. Compensation & Benefits**:

- Manage **payroll processes**, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory deductions.
- Oversee employee **benefits programmes**, including leave entitlements, medical benefits, and performance incentives.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation structures.

**7. HR Strategy & Continuous Improvement**:

- Provide HR insights and recommendations to senior management to drive **business success** through effective people management.
- Monitor **HR trends**, employment laws, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement of HR policies and strategies.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organisational efficiency.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
