Autism Caregiver

**About the Role**: We are looking for a caring and patient Autism Caregiver (Teaching Aide) to support children with autism in their daily learning and activities. You will work closely with teachers to help students follow their individual learning plans and create a positive, structured environment. **Key Responsibilities**: Assist students with learning activities, personal care, and daily routines. Support teachers in implementing individual education plans (IEPs). Help manage classroom behavior and provide positive reinforcement. Monitor student progress and behavior. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all students. **Requirements**: Compassionate and patient with children with autism. Willing to learn and follow guidance from teachers.
