Training Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and administer training schedules, registrations, and participant communications.
- Manage training records, attendance, feedback forms, and certification issuance.
- Liaise with trainers, participants, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of training sessions.
- Support the preparation of training materials, handouts, and digital content.
- Maintain databases, filing systems, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
- Monitor training evaluation results and provide administrative support for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the Training & Development team.
**Requirements**:
- **Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.**:
- At least 1 years of working experience in training administration, L&D, or related areas (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills** (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with online learning platforms.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service mindset with a positive attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
