**Identify and secure new business opportunities** through proactive market research, strategic networking, and industry insight to expand the client base and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- **Engage and nurture client relationships** by reaching out to potential and existing clients, conducting timely follow-ups, and scheduling meetings to strengthen partnerships and advance business opportunities.
- **Develop and deliver customized business solutions** that align with clients’ unique objectives, operational needs, and risk profiles to enhance satisfaction, retention, and long-term value creation.
- Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with business clients.
- Act as the key liaison, providing timely support, advice, and problem resolution.
- Travel to client sites, attend business events, and engage with industry stakeholders to grow the business network.
- Utilize personal and professional networks to generate new business opportunities and referrals.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and business pipeline using CRM tools.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, projections, and market insights to management.
- Ensure all insurance offerings are compliant with industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Continuously update knowledge of market trends, competitors, and new product offerings.
- Perform additional duties or special projects as directed by the Management.
- Respond flexibly to changing business needs and contribute to ongoing insurance initiatives in both commercial vehicle and non-motor segments.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
