**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive cum Admin to manage the accounting functions and provide administrative support for our growing business. This role requires proficiency in handling financial transactions, preparing reports, reconciling sales data, managing accounts for multiple entities and assisting in inventory and operational coordination.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle full set accounts for multiple companies, including preparation of financial statements and monthly reports to ensure payments are up-to-date and accurately reflected.
- Prepare Payment Vouchers (PV), Creditor Statements (CS), Cashbook entries, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Verify and input daily outlet sales reports, ensuring alignment with bank-in slips, credit card slips, and payment platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including income, expenses, and online transactions (SiteGiant, Shopee, etc.).
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including billing, collections, and payment processing.
- Assist in stock updates and periodic reconciliation with sales records.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and scheduling support and any ad-hoc task as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in retail-related industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as AutoCount.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver work under tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

**Job Type**: 5 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm)
