Key Responsibilities

Check in & Check out of guests.

Answering Phones - Assisting guests with enquiries.

Maintaining receptionist area - Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.

Administrative Support - Assisting with tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.

**Requirements**:
✔ Experience in the hotel industry.

✔ Good communication skills.

✔ Customer service skills.

✔ Basic computer skills.

Pay: RM2000 - RM2500

Schedule:

- Rotational Shifts

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)/Mandarin/Bahasa Melayu
