HR Business partner role for selected business unit where the incumbent will work closely with the line manager in employees development and retention strategy
- Responsible for talent acquisition and performance management for the selected business unit
- Manpower budget setting and cost monitoring
- Lead Learning & development strategies and drive Corporate Culture programs
- Deliver selected training program for Assistant manager and executive level
- Responsible in driving positive employee experience in every stage of employee life cycle
- Responsible for employee engagement survey and action plan deliveries
- Any other adhoc tasks

Job Specification:

- Degree holder in HR Management or Business Administration or related management disciplines
- HR generalist with minimum 10 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in handling any 2 of the following HR specialized areas will be added advantage: Talent acquisition, Compensation & Benefit, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement
- High integrity and compliance
- Excellent communication & good interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of Labour law, EPF, SOCSO, Industrial Relation & PSMB
- Good command of English language and Bahasa Malaysia

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
