HR Human Resources Administrator

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting the HR function? FISKOR is seeking a dedicated HR Admin to help manage our HR operations and enhance our workplace culture.
**What Will You Accomplish with Us?**
- Assist with the daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and managing HR documentation
- Help implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Assist in the process of hiring, onboarding and offboarding
- Support the administration of employee benefits and maintain accurate records related to employee compensation and benefits
- Check and manage company devices
- Update staff leave on the calendar
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Handle EPF, SOSCO, EIS monthly submission
**Who We Seek**
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related filed is preferred
- At least 1 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (words, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with HR software (experience with AutoCount is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to positively to a dynamic working environment
