**JOB PURPOSE**
- Dispatch Control Tower coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the dispatch process. This position is responsible for centralizing reporting, proactively managing logistics requirements, and ensuring smooth communication between different departments (Dispatch, Transport, Customer Service, Picking, etc.)
- To facilitate timely and accurate dispatch operations. The goal is to optimize logistics, streamline communication, and ensure that all key stakeholders are updated and informed regularly to avoid delays and inefficiencies.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collect, consolidate, and furnish all required reports.
- Ensure that the picking department's progress is aligned with dispatch schedules and requirements.
- Ensure that reports are accurate, consistent, and submitted within predefined timeframes to maintain accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Transport team to anticipate demand and provide information for additional trucks/riders when required.
- Ensure all customer service requests related to transport are addressed quickly, and both departments are aligned in their approach to problem-solving.
- Provide regular updates to both departments on status, delays.
- Regularly update leaders on the progress of picking tasks, highlighting any issues or delays that need immediate attention.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse environment
- Able in data collection, report consolidation, and the ability to present accurate and clear reports.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
