**Location**:
Work from home, Johor Bahru (Must be able to drive into Singapore 2-3 times a week)

Our social media is built for laughs, relatability, and going viral. Think wild ideas, unhinged humour, and mascot-fuelled chaos (the good kind).

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Develop, manage, and grow our TikTok and social media presence
- Identify and jump on the latest TikTok trends, sounds, memes, and formats
- Direct and coordinate part-time talent wearing our mascot costume — you won’t wear the suit, but you’ll run the show
- Travel to Singapore 2-3 times per week for on-site filming and content shoots
- Plan, script, and shoot TikTok content, both independently and with our team
- Create and pitch new social content ideas weekly that align with our brand tone and style
- Collaborate with the marketing and video production teams to bring content to life
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice while pushing creative boundaries

**Requirements**:

- Based in Johor Bahru and has own car to travel into Singapore regularly (2-3 times a week)
- Bachelors Degree
- Highly familiar with TikTok and current short-form video trends
- Strong creative sense and ability to lead or direct video shoots
- Confident in scripting, filming, and producing short-form video content
- Comfortable giving direction to talent and working in fast-paced content environments
- Prior experience in English social media content creation or management is preferred
- Can work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience in directing talent or handling on-set shoots
- Has managed or grown a personal or brand TikTok account
- Familiar with video editing tools like CapCut

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
